• Redistribution of the original assets, modified versions, or derivative works is not allowed. You are prohibited from selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the assets as standalone product.
• The game project Tropical Royale retains full ownership and copyright of the assets. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights or ownership rights upon downloading and using the assets.
• The assets are provided in the RBXL file format and is only compactable with the Roblox Engine
• We will provide reasonable support for users facing issues with the assets. Updates to the asset pack may be provided, and users are encouraged to check for the latest versions.
• Asset Pack does NOT contain any scripts, particle effects and or UI elements of the project.
• by using the assets, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these usage rights.

These assets are perfect for small or medium-sized projects; some are newer than others, so some may appear a bit more low-poly than others. If you're just starting out, these assets are great for putting together any project in any niche. I think I have fairly priced this asset pack; it is pretty competitive pricing considering the quantity of the assets and their use cases. You're pretty much paying a $1.50 per asset including the much larger assets which would take quite alot of time to produce.
